Hello Legion Members: We are raising funds now so we can supply free Christmas dinners to veterans and their spouses, and seniors/shut ins within our community. We will supply free Christmas dinners to the residents of the Isfeld Villa and the Winnipeg Beach Lodge. Our ongoing food sales are available all year round.
Just a Reminder that masks and double vaccinations are mandatory to attend any Wpg Beach Legion events for 2021.

Fund-Raising activities will continue at the Legion in the form of bake sales, craft tables, take-home meals for Christmas, and other events. Thank You for supporting your community Legion during these difficult times. Your support enables the Winnipeg Beach Legion to reach out to Veterans and their families in the community.
One of the pages on this website is going to be a "Community Billboard". Local Businesses are encouraged to submit a business card to place on this billboard free of charge. The hope is that the billboard will encourage people to seek what services are available in this area and to let travellers know what services may be available if they are coming through Winnipeg Beach. If this is something that your business or organization is interested in please submit your info to firstname.lastname@example.org, subject "Legion Billboard"
Dear Legion Members: The Winnipeg Beach Legion will be holding a limited service for Remembrance Day, but due to the most recent Manitoba Public Health Orders re COVID-19 we are unable to welcome all Legion members and the general public within the Branch 61 Legion for a community service. The service this year will be by invitation only for wreath layers and the executive members of the Branch and the Ladies Auxiliary. There also will not be an outdoor service held at the cenotaph this year. We encourage you to commemorate Remembrance Day in your own homes, or by observing the national Remembrance Day service on television, or by paying your respect at a cenotaph near you. We are sorry we are unable to accommodate all those who wished to attend this service as a community. Your understanding is appreciated.
